Parking Info - Lot B - Everyone go to the original scheduled crew/worker parking area at the corner of 
Browns Lake Rd & Cedar Grove Rd and either park there or ask them how to direct you to lot B. You can use 9445 Browns Lake Rd, Fairburn, GA as the address to get you close to the parking.  If you run into an issue just ask the security/parking workers where you should park.  Once you park look for the white shuttle vans and ask that they take you to Levy Restaurants Foodservice Check-in.  Levy is known more then EMS.  We work for Levy.  EMS will have a check-in table close to where Levy's is.  You will be checking in with Angela.  Thanks for your patience.  Please remember this is a 4 day event and today is the pre-party.

There will be numerous updates as details are changing.  Keep checking for updates all the way up until you leave.  If you are not on the list do not come you will not be let in.
This event is a work still in progress so expect numerous changes to the info that is currently posted.  Keep your self updated by continuously checking for updates.  

You must read through this entire page and understand it very clearly.  Please take your time reading through this info as there is a good amount.  If you don't follow the directions or are not prepared you will be turned away at check-in.  We know that some of you are traveling long distances to work so make sure you are prepared before you come to work.  EMS runs a very tight operation that is set up to make our vendors and portable workers as successful as possible.  Please understand that all vendors need to work within the rules and regulation that are mandated by the facility.  If you are unable to work within the rules laid out below you need not even attempt to work the event.

This is the first Tomorrow World event in the USA so it is very special.  Tomorrow World is a unique event so expect differences to what you are accustomed to when working or attending EMS events.  Also please realize that with new events comes new challenges.  We will all work together in positive way to make sure this event is a success for all.

How To Sign Up? - Hiring for this event is done. 

How do you become a part of the Tomorrow World Beer/Water Vendor or Portable Team?  There is no interview process. Are you physically fit?  Are you motivated by money?  Do you honor your commitments?  If you can self qualify yourself after reading through the below info then email us @  When you email Angela you must follow these directions:
1.  You must put Tomorrow World as the subject of the email.
2.  You must let her know if you want to be a hawker, portable worker or either (we love flexible workers).
3.  You must let her know if you are parking your car at the venue each day. (free parking)
4.  You must let her know if you want to use worker camping. (showers on site) 
5.  You must be 21 or older
Once we receive your email requesting to get on the schedule, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours letting you know you are confirmed to work.  No experience is necessary for this job and many first timers fall in love with the job.  

When signing up to work please realize that we are looking for a four day commitment.

Levy Restaurants Responsible Alcohol Service Training
All workers must go through the Levy Restaurants (our client) Alcohol Compliance Training which is a brief online training course.  Here are the instructions to complete this course.  This must be done by everyone.  Yes even Matt Romano who has done this at 12 other Levy venues.

  • You will be taken directly to the “Responsible Alcohol Service Training” page.
  • Your password is – LEVY in all caps and is case sensitive. Click “Login.”
  • Type in your personal information
  • Fill in your first name,
  • Fill in your last name,
  • Fill in your gender
  • In the social security field, enter 0000
  • Fill in your birth date, place of birth (city and state), date of employment 9/26/13, Job Title (select from drop down – Non-Profit**).  Non-Profit Group Name (EMS Vending) Location Code (select from the drop down - GA - Tomorrowland). *****EMS Vending is a FOR PROFIT company but to make it work on this website we have to select Non-Profit.  
  • Answer the question about Felony
  • Skip over the employment history and Click “Begin.”
  • There are 20 test questions that are presented along with the literature to read while answering this section. Once you have completed this section you will be taken to the test.
  • After you have answered the 20 questions, Click “Review.”
  • It you have answers that are incorrect, they will be highlighted in blue and you are able to go back and read over the information and correct you answer. Then click “I agree.”

What To and Not To Bring Event Day:

  1.  Valid State (any state) Issued ID.  
  2. Apply online only - Online application can be found above.  No paper applications at check-in. 
  3. Do not bring any money.  This is a token only event.  Any money you have will need to be exchanged for tokens.  
  4. Proper Uniform - Black pants or shorts.  Shorts have to reach the knees.  The venue is very strict about this so ladies make sure you are not wearing short shorts.  Wear closed toed shoes.  
  5. A small snack to eat.  Venue does not provide any food to eat.  If you want to bring water into the venue it must be in a gallon jug.  No water bottles allowed.  
  6. Good Attitude and Lots of Energy.
  7. Do not bring a rolling or carried cooler, wagon or any kind of cart.  They are not allowed.  We will provide everyone with a vendor tub to carry the product.  However, if you have your own Rubbermaid plastic tote or a beer tub similar to the one pictured on feel free to bring it.  
  8. Do not bring a backpack.  They will not be allowed through the gates for security reasons.  All bags will be checked multiple times at check-in by security, by your managers and by track officials.  You can not bring anything into the venue to sell or use yourself.  You can not bring in glow sticks.   

Token System:
Tomorrow World is a cashless venue.  EMS will only accept tokens.  No cash will be accepted.  Concert goers will exchange their money for tokens when they enter the venue.  All concert fans are being instructed to not TIP with tokens but to bring cash to TIP.  There is no way to exchange a token back into cash.  

Check-In Times:

Get to the event early.  Expect long traffic delays and issues with parking.  Get here early.

Portable Job Details:
EMS will be staffing portables.  These portables will have a fixed location for the entire event.  They are scheduled to sell a variety of beverages.  EMS encourages that you work at these portables in a two person team.  We ask that you work with someone you know and trust.  No starting cash will be required.  You will receive an hourly pay of $8 per hour payable by paycheck which will be mailed to you.  You will leave with your TIPS daily.

Walking Beer/Water Vendor Job Details:

We need people to carry a tub of Beer, Water and Energy drinks though out the venue selling to the fans.  This is a great opportunity to make money while being a part of an awesome environment.  If you are hard working, self motivated and have a great personality than this is the perfect job for you.  You must be able to lift 20 pounds and walk for 10+ hours.  You will make an 8% commission.  This commission will be mailed to you after the event.  

Vending and Pay: Our top vendors make $500+ per day 

All vendors will be given a loaner load which is a mix of beer, water and other products from their designated vending locations.  When you arrive to the venue you will be assigned to a location.  It is at this assigned vending location where you will turn in your valid ID to our EMS cashier. You will then get your first load of product in our predetermined load sizes.  You will then go to the seating area and sell your product to the waiting fans. Once you sell out you will return to any of the vending locations throughout the venue and continue to purchase and sell product.  Once the beer cut-off has been reached you will return to your original assigned location and the EMS cashier will cash you out and return your ID to you.  Commissions will be 8% for all products and your commission check will be mailed to you after the event.  
Products we are selling:
Beer - $6 - 3 tokens - $.48 commission
Water - $4 - 2 tokens - $.32 commission
Powerade - $4 - 2 tokens - $.32 commission

You are required to provide clean BLACK pants or shorts.  Shorts have to be knee length and have to be slacks material.  You will be turned away if your shorts are to short.  The venue is very strict.  NO Jeans, NO windpants.  You will need to wear comfortable closed toe shoes such as tennis shoes or a work shoe. Please make sure you are clean and odor free before work as you will be working very hard.  Please make sure you are properly groomed.  Tomorrow World will provide all uniform shirts.  

Worker Parking:
Crew Parking address is 9445 Browns Lake Rd, Fairburn, GA.  Crew entrance is located at the corner of Browns Lake Rd & Cedar Grove Rd.  If you can't park here the parking/security staff should be able to direct you to another location.

Check-in location:

Follow the signs from worker parking and shuttle drop off that say Levy Check-in.  We will be near Levy Restaurants check-in.   

Crew Camping:
Crew Camping is free.  You will need to provide your own tent and camping equipment.  There will be a bathroom and showers you can use.  You will not be able to park your car where you camp.  

Alcohol Policies:

  1. 1.    Beer sellers MUST NOT sell alcohol to anyone less than 21 years of age.  NEVER EVER!!
  2. 2.  Beer sellers MUST ID EVERYONE who appears under 30 every sale every time.
  3. 3.  Beer sellers MUST NOT accept any fake, expired, or mutilated ID’s.
  4. 4.  Beer sellers MUST NOT sell alcohol to anyone who might pass off to a person < 21.
  5. 5.  Beer sellers MUST stop a pass off to a minor if they suspect it.
  6. 6.  Beer sellers MUST NOT sell alcohol to anyone who is, or appears to be intoxicated.
  7. 7.  Beer sellers MUST be 21 years of age to sell alcohol unless local law requires older.
  8. 8.  Beer sellers MUST limit the sale of alcohol to 2 beer per ID.
  9. 9.  If the customer already has a beer in their possession you may not sell to them until it is finished. 
  10. 10. Beer sellers MUST NOT sell after the cut-off.  You will be made aware of the cut-off.

General Policies:

  1. Have fun with the job.  Yes, fun and job in the same sentence?
  2. No alcohol or illegal drugs are to be consumed at or brought to any job.
  3. If you are terminated for theft or breach of any law you will be reported to local authorities.
  4. All shortages will be removed from your commission or your flat rate. 
  5. Absolutely no smoking once inside or in view of any and all stadiums/arenas you will work.
  6. You will need to follow all policies/laws when in EMS provided transportation or lodging. 
  7. Proper uniform needs to be worn at all times.  Correct color and style of pant, closed toe shoe, shirt tucked in. 
  8. No selling of any product on the concourse in front of Concession Stands (unless told to do so)
  9. Never leave your tub unattended and never ever drag your tub on the ground.
  10. If vending, verify product count with room staff prior to leaving vending location.
  11. Must have a button, price sticker or menu identifying price to customers.
  12. Report spillage of ice or product to supervisor or usher immediately.
  13. Act professional and courteous to each person you come into contact with.  Respect yourself and everyone.
  14. Be honest at all times.  If you are not, it will catch up with you.
  15. Bring State ID with you to each event.
  16. Never bring food or beverage into the restrooms.  After using restroom wash and dry your hands.
  17. Cell phone use is prohibited while working.
